My Blog
My blog (online journal) has finally been updated this week after about 3 to 4 weeks of being abandoned. If you read it you will understand why I didnt have any time to write during those weeks. We had/made two 4-day weekends in 3 weeks...

My Photos
My photo gallery, on the otherhand, is usually updated within a day or two of when I take the pictures so it is usually very up to date. I am still working on adding comments to the pictures but I think I will be close to coming back to California before I finish adding all my comments. Oh well...

Panaeng Recipe
Here is the first panaeng recipe that I got from a coworker. I attended a cooking class and got a slightly different recipe and I will be posting that up soon. If any of you try this out, let me know!

Thai Bucket Recipe
So if you have seen some of the pictures at night, some of them have someone holding a plastic tub with some liquid and a bunch of straws. The people around the bucket probably look a little silly as well. Buckets are a typical cheap thai drink made with some Thai whiskey (which is actually rum) called Sang Som, red-bull, and sprite (or soda water). You just pour it all into a bucket filled with ice and straws and you have yourself a party ready to go! The effects are quite interesting.
